Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel CVory Pro, what happens to your account afterwards, and our approach to refunds.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel CVory Pro at any time from your account settings — open Manage billing and cancel. There is no retention maze and no phone call required.
- Cancellation stops any future charges. You keep Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
- Your resumes, cover letters, and tracked applications stay in your account on the free plan; only Pro-only features become unavailable.
Refunds
- CVory Pro is a low-cost monthly plan you can cancel anytime, so you are never locked into a long term.
- Because Pro gives immediate access to digital features, we generally do not refund the current month once it has started. Cancelling prevents future charges.
- If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or are otherwise unhappy, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case and refund where appropriate.
- If you are an EU/EEA consumer, this policy does not remove any statutory rights you may have under consumer law.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we keep your Pro access during a short grace period while the payment is retried. You can update your card from Manage billing. If payment ultimately fails, your account returns to the free plan.
